My name is Jennifer Tallman and this is my first year teaching at Barnes Elementary in Owasso.  This is my 2nd year teaching with Owasso Public Schools, and my 12th year teaching.  I've taught for five years with Tulsa Public Schools, and five years with Monte Cassino School in Tulsa.  

I am married to my best friend and love of my life Aaron.  We have been married for 18 years, and we have 2 children. My son Hayden is 17 and a junior at Owasso High School, and my daughter Avery is 15 and a freshman at Owasso High School.  Our entire family loves sports and being outdoors.  My son is on the high school baseball team, and my daughter plays softball and basketball.  We also have three dogs, Benny, Chimi, and Chloe, and one cat, Bolt.  We absolutely love our animals! 

In my spare time (which is rare) I enjoy reading, shopping, walking, and traveling.  

 

I love teaching and enjoy learning all about the precious kiddos in my class.  Thank you for sharing them with me.
